‘Only God Can Judge’
This Is a Lie and a Means of Avoiding Accountability. (Matthew 7:1-5)
The point of this passage is to judge properly, to judge fairly, and to judge honestly. If this passage were merely about not judging, Jesus would not have followed this section with verses 15-20, where he instructs us to beware of false prophets and discern their righteousness.
Jesus advocates for righteous judgement and I am convinced that righteous judgement is beneficial and necessary in our walk to live more like Christ.
We should engage in righteous judgement, which includes discerning right from wrong and holding others accountable, as well as submit to righteous judgement, which means we become vulnerable with others and let them into our lives so they can help us grow.

This is part of what loving others is. People have completely manipulated, distorted and misconstrued what REAL LOVE truly is!

Agree!
Paul said - For what have I to do with judging outsiders? Is it not those inside the church whom you are to judge? God judges those outside. “Purge the evil person from among you.” (1 Corinthians 5:12-13)

Many questions concerning this...we are the church. What if there is evil here among us on AU? Should it be called out and or purged? Is that considered attacking fellow patriots like VK once suggested? Would that make me a bad seed for calling it out? Is pushing the idea that a cryptic skateboarder on twitter is our God considered evil? Should it and those that push that idea be called out or purged? It seems like that might be a challenge for a place that touts free speech...but does that mean it's allowed even if it is evil speech? The only obviously logical remedy I see is to simply block the problematic accounts, out of sight out of mind so to speak...however is that the right choice when you know they're walking a dangerous road, one that only leads to and could potentially influence others to their eternal destruction?

If a person claims to be a brother or sister in Christ but continue in evil then I think as members of the church we point them to Christ.
If they are combative I block (expel) them
If they are patriots but not believers we point them to Christ and let God judge.
(But If they are vulgar or combative I block them.)

Apostle Paul -“But now I am writing to you that you must not associate with anyone who claims to be a brother or sister but is sexually immoral or greedy, an idolater or slanderer, a drunkard or swindler. Do not even eat with such people. What business is it of mine to judge those outside the church? Are you not to judge those inside? God will judge those outside. “Expel the wicked person from among you.””
