🇺🇸 Kash Patel
Let’s take the indictment on face value.
President Trump brought things with him from the White House
when he was leaving the Presidency.
It doesn’t matter if he took a sticky note
or 10k boxes of information.
PRESIDENT OBAMA WAS STILL GOING THROUGH
3 MILLION OF PAGES OF DOCUMENTS HE TOOK.
And it doesn’t matter what’s in them either.
The same law would apply to him.
The Presidential Act is simple:
The President can take WHATEVER HE WANTS
when he leaves office.
Here’s the kicker:
it becomes part of his or her PERSONAL PROPERTY.
It transitions from being U.S. Government property
to the PERSONAL PROPERTY of the past President.
In the indictment you see a paragraph or 2
about how President Trump is speaking to his lawyer about options.
If you know President Trump
& I’m still a Senior Advisor & I talk to him frequently
he jokes all the time. That’s his mannerism a lot... ❤️

Basically the whole indictment is bogus.
He took what they used to call the football only the commander can use.
😉 They want the nuclear codes
BUT THEY CAN'T HAVE THEM!!! 💥💥💥
