Unlikely, he and his parents are fully on board with the "excellent cancer doctors" and their 'aggressive" approach. He and his parents are very liberal and woke. He has been in the hospitals for over 2 months now. They would not be open to alternative treatments unless they were told their is nothing more the doctors can do.
I understand how that goes. I tried to tell my father to use Ivermectin back in 2014. My Mom and Dad would not listen. Unfortunately, my father did pass. You see, my father had other cancers through the years starting in his late 30's. My mother took the healthy food route and it worked. But this last time, I don't know what happened, they just would not bend. I blamed the vaccines and flu vaccines.

My condolences for the loss of your father. Thank Goodness your mom is doing well. Sadly my nephew's mom "died suddenly" in Dec. 2021. All of them are "follow the science" believers. I am the crazy conspiracy theorist. His step mom told me a couple months ago "I will take ever available booster, if I throw a clot, oh well I've had a great life as long as I don't get Covid." She knows the jabs can kill but won't dare risk getting covid. It is insane! On the flip side my sister in law who is an EMT and says "The jabs don't cause clots, it is Covid that is causing blood clots!" And she too thinks I am nuts! She knows exactly what I believe but she refuses to believe me. She hates Trump and is completely brainwashed by MSM and the medical industry.

My Mom is having health problems. She is in her 80's and she misses my Dad dearly. They were so devoted to each other.
It's insane and foolish how folks believe in the lies. I have a few in my family too.
