MDW has been around a long long time. I was stationed at Myer in 99 and It was called that back then. Nothing new under the sun.
You are absolutely correct, MDW is not something new, just not known, and always commanded by a MG. Glad you posted truth. Last thing we want is to be inaccurate. Thanks.
