Ugh, back pain can make ya miserable. Had a few bouts over the years. Finally got over a pinched nerve in my shoulder blade, lasted over 2 months.

Neck pain, I have no curve in neck AHHHHHHHHHH
Back pain too but the neck pain is worse, goes into my traps so I have to sit very straight & less computer time 😕
