How long have these Gitmo flights been happening? Or have they increased in recent years. Some have to be supplies and troops switching out.

As far as the amount of flights going there, I'm not sure if this is new or not, but if I had to guess I would say that yes, it is probably new, based on the size increase of the facility.
I believe that the number of generals being removed is now up over 150, seems unusual to me.
