Better surgery options? Have exhausted all non surgical options already.

Was trying to wait to see what new technology but it is taking too long, probably not going to be able to wait.

Nana, have you considered these supplements: copper, vitamin C, and shark cartilage? These aid in regrowth. Also, Boron protocol is great for building bone density. I understand if your past the point of trying these type of options, chronic pain is hard. Either way, praying for healing for you.
From what I understand bone isnt really the problem it is the disc inbetween them at issue.
