Sadly that meme won't save you. If you don't know the law and have to beg the communist BAR Association to help you, the constitution doesn't exist and you are indeed UNDER the WHO (and Bill Gates the biggest donor btw). Unless of course you wanna go out in a blaze of glory but that doesn't seem like a very forward thinking plan.
