The only reason to believe one lie is lesser evil than the other is because you want to believe it.
By stating so, you’re inferring that Trump is the lesser evil?
If that is what you choose to believe. I'm not exactly hiding my opinion that Trump is as much of a grifter as every other rich politician and billionaire.
I do believe Trump upset their system.

Oh, he did, no doubt. I just don't think that he did it for anyone but himself, and I don't think anywhere as much good came out of it as some make it out to be. Plus I think a lot of bad things came out of it as well, that his supporters like to swipe under the rug.
Trump may not be a text book politician, but he campaigned and held the highest political position in the country for four years. He's a politician alright. People who call him a business man first don't realize that business is politics, too.
He may not be evil-natured, but he is selfish and grandiose enough to do things that leave a lot of people worse off, while making his friends and family richer. I draw my own conclusions from that.
Yeah, I’m talking about evil, not the pompous, gaudy nature of his lust for gold (although, maybe there’s something in that with the old tales) I lived in NYC for four years from ‘90-‘94 and I went to his gold hotel… definitely not my style
I still don’t believe he became President for his own selfish reasons, though…
Greed leads to evil not an evil nature, but evil deeds.
Some of the greedy elite just convinced a group of people they're sheep, not wolves in sheep's clothing.
I would argue there is plenty of evidence for it. The fact that he got his entire family involved in white house matters. That they got security clearance when they shouldn't have. That his daughter got patents granted in China after his election. That Kushner got 2 billion richer after his election. That he housed his security detail at his own properties at a huge markup. That he's known for stiffing contractors for their bills. That he's raised tens of millions for lawsuits that ended up, as Eric said, unaccounted for.
There is only so much good will I have to spare, he's way past that point.
Just looking at the list of people Trump pardoned during his last days in office, skipping all the usual procedures for pardons, should be more than enough to erase all doubts.
