Amish Organic Farmer Faces Hefty Fine, Jail Time for Producing CLEAN MEAT
The animals in his century-old farm are bred without the use of chemicals and medications mandated by the U.S. Department of Agriculture
A federal judge ordered the Amish farmer to cease and desist all sales of his organic meat. He added that the farmer needs to pay an initial $50,000 as a “good faith” payment to avoid jail.

Article I, Section 6 of the PA Constitution allows (requires) trial by jury. If he was not offered that, he can claim an appeal that he was denied his right on that (much less the other legal/judicial violations). There are lawyers who will take this up. The judge and whomever originally charged him needs to be sued as well, as there are likely no state codes that he violated.
