that's a wide angle lens which curves the image. That curve is pretty severe so if it were real, the Earth would be smaller than the moon.
My first thought as well, depending on the aperature of the wide angle lense.
All things in the frame, front ot back would be curved.
However, look closely. This is NOT the case.
