Unfortunately it has come to this.

There's so much soy, lechitins and other stuff like dextrose everywhere where it should not be. It's so hard to find anything baked with eggs instead of lechitins from the shops.

I've been eating at work, but at this point I'll have to bail out of it. It's not "home cooked food" even if it looks like that. All that stuff has been there for decades, but it's just becoming worse all the time. Second day in a row where I couldn't avoid eating soy at the canteen. Enough is enough.

Interesting that the U.S. has been "targeted" moreso than other countries.

Same. I dont eat anything animal. Even Veggies are sketchy but, i buy organic only, when i can, still better than nothing....

i eat very very little meat. i read somewhere several years ago that even "organic" isn't truly
organic.

Find the Amish Stores--They sell Walnut Creek products-they sell on line too...I have one 20 miles from me. They make their own cheese-they sell some meat-hamburg-ham-I won't buy their Tyson Chicken (maybe they don't know)
Florida, Ohio Michigan-probably Pennsylvania look where there a Amish community. I shop the Mennonites Markets from May-October-some show up with grass-fed grass finished beef .

That is a great idea. i just looked for Amish
community near where i live and nothing popped up. i am in Traverse City, MI.

i will have to dig deeper.
