In the beginning as I ventured down the rabbit hole, I came across this video. I was manic at the time, from information overload. My friends and family wanted me to seek immediate help. I watched it twice, as painful as it was. Cognitive dissonance was teetering. I remember throwing up and begging the Lord to make it not true. This was the snap out of it video. When the neighbourhood children are playing, I sit out and look over them. We must protect all of them, ours or not. 😔🙏

Same here! My family thought I had lost it. Cried for forever, sleeping for an hour, then up pacing and praying.
