If Trump is still the Official POTUS -
The Indictment by the New York DA
may hold no legal standing.
A current President can't be Indicted.
The Justice Dept. has ruled that a President
is not subject to Indictment while in Office and
no criminal charges may proceed against him.
It appears like this all may be a staged event.
