just add up the 3-4 out of ten in every school district. they are educated enough to go vote just not smart enough to think for themselves or brainwashed to the point of no return. ill also throw in the elderly vote being split down the middle will raise the numbers as well...still very sad he even got one vote i doubt the real biden was even competent enough to spot his own name on a ballot
