10 years ago when taking care of my dad, there came a time when he could no longer drive so I did all the driving for him. Once I let the gas tank get to 1/4 full. He got very angry with me. He said he always filled it up when 1/2 full. I just said ok. I realized he was loosing his independence & had to rely on me for just about everything. I also realized that he went through the depression where they got use to stocking up on things.
Now I find myself filling up my own gas tank when it's 1/2 full so I never run out, knowing what we know now. Thank you dad for showing me this💖
