Yes, Terri's case was kind of the Roe v Wade of Euthanasia.
It is a sick and twisted tale, but as with most cases like this...the fix was in before the case even began. Judges were positioned, nursing home ownership had conflict of interest, politicians were put in place, mediawas controlled, etc.

I know this story well. Our church, Gateway Christian Center, had a vigil at the nursing home to get Terri out. But her husband, who tried to murder her by choking her, wanted her dead. He tried to poison her several times at the nursing home. She is with the LORD & he & his wife (whom he was having an affair with) will answer to God Himself. God Said He Hates unjust scales.

Most of the world had/has NO idea what was going on. As some of us saw at the time, Terri was the first of many...which is why we fought so tirelessly.
Today we are left with the results of that ruling made against Terri, aren't we? Since then, many folks have 'legally' followed Michael Schiavo's footsteps.
And so, every year at this time, those of us who remember, join in the count down. We remember Terri and pray for justice and real compassion and love to be restored to this land.
It should be so simple to understand, how did we forget....?

He wanted to move on (with his girlfriend and his 2 kids)...
and- he also wanted to cover his crimes.
That is why he petitioned the court to have her body cremated upon her death way before the case was anywhere near over.
No body, no crime.
God sees.
