Old buildings take me away from the turmoil of the present. They have of course seen plenty of upheaval go by, yet somehow the fact they still stand is reassuring. In all the change over centuries, something holds steady.

As you know, Martin, we don’t have “Old” like you do in Europe! You are blessed!

I will never forget the first time I went to Europe, and actually saw old buildings etc!! For some reason Old & Historic Buildings, are enchanting, but also make me feel at home!
