The Military told G. Steph - that we were transitioning to Military rule... why then the fake inaugeration or was it fake? Why the extra subtle - so subtle no one noticed "announcement". ... Who is talking to world leaders? Why are EO's from the what is it now - a computer Biden? taking effect....

They wanted to take care of it all that day, but go threatened with a dirty bomb. Nothing else they could do except step back and ensure nothing like that was going to take place. So the timeline had to change or millions would have died.
