OBAMA made it legal for the media to "purposely LIE to the American people". In 2012, he signed H.R. 4310 which allowed PROPAGANDA to be used on US citizens by its' own government. Essentially repealing the Smith-Mundt Act of 1948 which BANNED the use of domestic PROPAGANDA". ..
