I'm guilty of being an excessive overthinker. 😅
I second guess myself, I analyze things to death, I struggle with catastrophizing situations, and I criticize myself often. Some days are great I have a grip on it and my confidence shoots sky high and sometimes I have character building days where I have to work on and struggle through what I'm feeling. I'm not perfect, I don't want to be, too much pressure. I hope maybe this brings you some comfort today. 🤍

Interesting.. it’s me but at the same time my “over thinking” has also led me to notice and dig into many things that others don't...it can be a double edged sword :)

Thank you Serah for sharing this 🙏, it explains a LOT of myself and my working life during past few decades. Now things are ok, found my inner peace these past 3 years, but it's good to understand why things happen and recognise your behaviour and what caused it 🙏
It has helped me throw a little 'hey pay attention to this' in my mind as an adult and check myself.
Questioning everything led to my progressive awakening. Still learning daily. A new me, The Real Me is emerging. Strange, but I like her.

I do not get triggered (I hate that word), but I reminisce and try to figure out my role in my past.
Today I do not have to react, only act.
