Most of us have it pretty easy, all things considered. Spies have an extremely difficult and dangerous job.
I was a financial mole aka finance spy for several years. I was tasked to find the money. I found a scam through gaining trust and found who was complicit and named names. To trip the trap and not get trapped myself; I never knew who to trust. I found out it was myself and only myself. Most were complicit. This is the only level of espionage I can deal with in life. Too much stress 😬 I much prefer straight and auditable. I feel sorry for spies. 🔍👀
