Was a rough day today, shed a few tears and have just been feeling off. Trying hard to right my ship, using all the tools in my bag in fact to fight thru it and hearing this msg helped a little. I had reposted on my timeline as well before I saw this and saw a few others did too, which to me was just further confirmation that it was indeed something I needed to hear and process. 🙏🏼
