If you track public utilities you will find that they all belong to the Paysuer Family Trust from the first railroad in America to what ever they have changed their name to now to keep ppl from tracking them.

Names have been changed to throw ppl off.
I usually see the family name spelled differently, Payseur, is this not correct?
