Totally forgot to start my fast this morning so starting now. Who's in for the next 48 hours?

I would have been 24 hours in. Just around 8 hours so far.
Almost 40 hours.
Can someone explain why I feel so good?🤗
Even yesterday when my stomach would growl, I wasn't starving. Only issue last night was I thought my heart was acting up & when I tested, it said bradycardia 48 beats per min. So I lay in bed feeling these loud, slow beats till almost 1 am. Then my 15 year old Min Pin that has been been waking up between 4 & 5 the last couple nights, wanted up at 5. Took a hour and a half nap in the recliner until my husband let Happy the rescue out who ran & promptly jumped in my lap.
I should feel really crappy. Not so. Only a smidge crappy.😂
Gonna aim for the 48 or more as long as I feel good.
