I don't think that's an Adams apple, and I believe her to be a female. She really does look alot like Caroline, and I too have heard rumors about her being there daughter. There are also reports of Caroline being pregnant when the plane incident happened.

I have come across several different posts on various sites suggesting she's their daughter. I also came across one proving she isn't. I don't know what to think about the Adam's apple. I had heard that she had a double mastectomy, at one point, and that she had a baby not too long ago. I don't know that much about her.
