I am no lawyer. However, in the OriginalAct of 1963 & this amended Act of 2019, SPECIFIC CONTROL OF THE MILITARY IS NOT SPECIFIED OR IMPLIED. What it addresses are GSA support requirments. it even SPECIFICALLY states that at the end of the President's Term on 20Jan 21, all reports are made to the new administration.The 60 days is for GSA support services & post transition ethics policies.I am standing by for correction, but this Law DOES NOT state that Trump has control of the military until March. He MAY have, but not through this law.
