Part of the discipline of fighting in an information war is learning when to say nothing. If I haven't written an essay in a week, but have nothing to say, then I don't write one. The value isn't in the words themselves, but in their impact. There is a perpetual overwhelm of data and analysis, but spotting the essential simplicity is hard and rare, so I wait until there is real insight. You don't need to describe the entire labyrinth of lies the enemy has laid out, just the quickest route to the exit.
Excellent point!
