I agree the destruction is WH but I do hope the fertilizer they offer is natural and not what has been used in the past. Pretty sure the “unavailability” of phosphate fertilizers was also WH.
Phosphorus(phosphate) is an essential nutrient to plant health. Nitrogen boosts vegetative or green growth, Potassium helps plants use water, and Phosphorus promotes blooming.
Low phosphorus or phosphates means plants will have low blooms or no blooms, which can lead to bad pollination and low crop yield.

Where are the soil microbes? Life creates life, death creates death. Once you apply phosphate fertilizer, the soil biom dies back and like a junkie, more “fertilizer” has to be applied. The plants live and grow but are low in nutrients.
A simple brics test shows the difference on a refractometer. Soil is made up of living beneficials that work in symbiosis with the plants, each providing what the other needs. Look up people like Dr. Ingham.
