the key is learning how to filter out the mental clutter/noise to get to the right/accurate impressions(hence: meditation practice)...then the translation of the impressions (symbols)(metaphysical realm) to words (physical realm) that best describes the impressions/symbols...(carl jung best explains the translation of man and his symbols and in many of his books)(very dry and will need a snickers and dictionary)lol for real.
