Operation Crash And Burn--Hoax or No Hoax?

This appears to be a phone recording of someone who sounds exactly like Joe Biden, speaking to his child ("Hi, it's dad")...and he is apparently speaking of the classified documents and how "they won't get off his ass about them".

The Biden voice says there are at least "5 more places I can remember they are" (classified documents?).

The Biden voice then instructs the person he's speaking to on the phone, to "use the red cellphone and call up Barack and Michelle...tell them 'Operation Crash and Burn is a 'Go'. Do this immediately, please. Alright, pal...bye.".
