Because I’ve saved all my life, utilities won’t break me, but I’m one in a million in California who can afford the electric and gas bills. Sacramento must be burnt down because of what they do, It’s criminal
Hello neighbor, I'm in SoCal. I too am one in a million that saved, thank God.
My monthly utilities are over $1000 monthly with water! I used to be able to save a little on electricity in the winter months but not now. Even my electric bill is $370 this month but that's a lot cheaper than the natural gas bill of $450. $450 is way cheaper than it could have been because gas co kept sending emails on price hike. I try keeping my thermostat low and wear layers.
Also went on gas account and my daily use was $39 IN ONE DAY to run my jacuzzi. So that is now off limits for us
