I thought this might be a good thread for people to post something they have come across that really gave them great benefits.
Mine is the cell salts. After researching these and finding out that people are deficient in certain minerals I decided to try them.

I rufuse to go to docs for anything. This was really a miracle for me.
Again, If I miss a dose, my legs need to bounce & jiggle at night while watching TV.
Anyone, with restless legs know how annoying this can be.
I've had this since childhood.
