One man (at lest) died in construction period and they got their blood sacrifice. Then bridges get more victims: "The first known suicide at the bridge took place on April 7, 2012. Federal officials were unable to persuade the victim not to jump. Others have happened since" Is new bridge then better than the old passage over the dam.
