One thing my father always told us - "If you put crap into your body then crap will come out through your pours." He was telling us this so as teenagers concerned about zits we would understand that your diet has a lot to do with the condition of your skin.
But as teenagers, soda, candy, junk food were staples. Too much of any of this and we got zits and his words always rang in our ears. A few days of water and healthy food and the skin cleared up.
Sometimes people have to be shown the truth.

Has a 99% recoverable rate
Has a cure: HCQ, Ivermectin
Can be prevented with Zinc, Vit C, Vit D and Quercetin
Is mild for healthy people with strong immune systems
To boost immune system:
Hydrate with fresh filtered water (not bottled)
Exercise (mild daily, like brisk walk)
Fresh air, sunshine ( NO MASK!)
Decrease anxiety/ stress
Avoid isolation, enjoy relationships

Two of our friends, one neighbor and someone in Israel got the Vaccine (first shot) and so far they are fine... I am praying it stays that way... But damn, people just don't do their own Research huh? Why take something that was never before used? This is the first MRNA vaccine and there is NO test trials available for those. How can people be so foolish...
