I read in 2 different publications that it was accepted 5-4. We're being strung along again, folks.
Then again, the only Justice that is on the up & up is Thomas. Roberts is comp'd, Sotamayor is Gitmo'd and the rest don't stinking matter.
I think that this is another distraction. Military.
