tyjoey♥️gonna see my mama this morning, just want to thank you, it was your kindness that let me speak. alcohol can do a host of evil for the one on the other end. wounds stuffed and not healed open up the door for more mess. and sometimes one gets caught in the middle of something much bigger unknowingly. honesty is always best in matters of the heart. i am a codependent and enabler, and the flight and freeze triggers have their grip. therapist says EMDR will be good for me. i do not want to run away from this. i want to have courage to use my voice and/or pen to be honest. my healing depends on this. my spouse has no idea the depth of my wounds, and i could never share cause of my own fears of abandonment. i do not want to punish him. just healing and the freedom it brings to my soul and his too🙏i love how this family LOVES♥️♥️♥️
