My observation of the scene had many red flags. As a seasoned ER nurse much did not add up for sure. Protocols by emergency personnel were not followed at all. Kind of the George Floyd thing when " paramedics" also followed no protocols when dealing with a patient who supposedly had airway and neck issues. 🤔
