Suffering much more due to Social Media. Its toxic on other platforms.
Maybe people should consider limiting to a couple of days a week.
If they are with a team, rotate so there is a limit.
I don't go anywhere other than here. When I wanted to go I couldn't (Apple security lock on passcode). Bought a different phone and from everything I have heard, I now have no desire to
