He is speaking of Kim Grogan, who claims to be the supreme ruler of the planet and in control of all monetary systems on the planet.
She hates Trump and Juan, actually cant manage to stop the physical attributes of her body language when she speaks of them.
She has made these claims for about 4 yrs.
To be in command of the entire planet she was not even able to set up a decent internet web site until about the last year.
She does promote local interaction so draws in some innocents but offers nothing by way of riding the planet of the evils. Actually promotes herself as being in control of all of them.
Has mad threats with no action for yrs running down the white hats, Trump and now Juan as well, basically anyone trying to get rid of the evils and expose their control over our govt.
