Did anyone really read paragraph 2 under ‘Questions’ on No. 22-380 doc filed with the Supreme Court?
Can someone with more knowledge on the workings of the Supreme Court let me know the following: Is this on the docket? Meaning they are going to rule on this case (one way or the other) or does it mean they are still considering whether to accept the case?
Looking up the docket it says
-Petition for a writ of certiorari filed.
-It was docketed on October 20th.
-All parties have been served.
-Response due November 23, 2022
