But would that be needed for Trump to regain presidency? I guess it depends how courts would rule regarding the "victim" of an election vitiated by fraud... Like if they prove Trump WON 2020 then order of succession is redundant. Maybe whiteats just want the extra dash of legitimacy 🤔 Are investigations by the House specifically needed to prosecute 2020?
