But I do know that when Q returned to 8kun
a few years ago after being Dark for 93 days,
the new I.P. Address was 11.11.18
That may have been why Q posted it.
The DOD owns all IP addresses beginning at 11.11.0.0 to 11.11.11.255 - What was really interesting was when 8chan came back, for two days, 8kun was making two hops thru the 11.11 network - at first it was masked; ##.##.##.## but hours later was resolved as 11.11, then it was gone. At that time, traceroutes to 8kun.mil and 8kun.gov were being returned as valid. I have the screenshots somewhere.
