They look humanoid with digestive tracks and possibly lungs. What if they are from not space but a hidden race inside earth? I have no idea where they got these from.
Some look real, a few fake. But even the surgeries showing their insides could be faked.
i don't believe in space aliens but other life forms? yes. i've seen weird bigfoot things. several times
maybe these are humans they made live underground and they got all messed up from living without sunlight

Yes it could be, I don't believe in evolution but I do think the body can change over time and adapt to changes around us over centuries.

i was hiking with my kids and smelled that funky smell...if you know bgft you know it..there are a lot here where I used to hike

anyway i smelled it and then heard howls and pointed my phone in this direction
i did not see them with my naked eye.
i took the shot, kept walking, got home and enlarged the images on my phone looking
