I personally think Monkey Werx was doing too good of a job on his air traffic digs and he was starting to send accurate signals to the wrong people and was told to stand down. We are at war folks.
i actually had that thought when i was watching. Just like the others on the internet giving out dates and times of supposedly coming events.
