Alcohol is definitely a depressant.
if you allow it to be.... those that know can not sleep... I admit I drink so I may be blessed to sleep... I used to get 2 hours of sleep because I was always digging...it was my job to dig.... lived on coffee...and I spilled the TRUTH.. 😔

Its a bit worse than a depressant and most certainly impedes your connection to the divine...there's a reason its advertised everywhere ; )
