This is true and why I have been posting all during the "covid" debacle that the reason FEAR was used was because the fear response releases hormones that are detrimental to the immune system. Then when the CDC added the " recommendations" of mask wearing, isolation, oversanitizing, and distancing, this further weakened the natural immune response. The immune system is the best defense system we have against illness. If people would do the things necessary to support their healthy immune response, there would be far less illness and disease. Many diseases are just that, caused by dis- ease. High anxiety levels, lack of adequate sleep, fear, overworking, poor diets, dehydration, and low or no spiritual connections.This is why people tend to get sick when they are in high stress situations. God designed us in a miraculous way, but we need to also take care of our bodies. 😇
