When I got sick and ivermectin and hcq were unavailable to me quickly in California, a helpful person told me that arteminisin (sp?) is the OTC version of horse paste. Similarly, quercetin is to hcq. I was able to get it at local healthfood store or Amazon. Anyways, here is a link for info.
