My guy friend has been fasting for 2 weeks. He only drinks water and black coffee. Don’t you guys get nauseated? I do when my blood sugar gets too low. I also get hunger pains sometimes.

Same here. Hunger pains I can ignore, nausea, light headed and dizzy not as much.
