Fasting tomorrow. Goal set 24 hours but really looking to make it the full 72 hours. Has anyone tried this? What should I expect?
recently sick with a horrible sinus infection..... inadvertently fasted for three days.....kicked it right out of me .....so yes it is a great thing to fast.....purges the bad stuff.
